I found good value at this location. Comfortable clean accommodations included free onsite parking. Staff members were helpful . The hotel offers easy access from the M5.
The placement of the soap dispenser was inconvenient. It was too high in the shower for easy reach. This made dispensing soap difficult.

The hotel has a great gym. It also features an indoor pool. The room was spacious. Staff were helpful. The breakfast buffet had a perfect selection for kids with a toy area.
The receptionist seemed uninterested. He did not provide details about the hotel. The keycard came in a piece of stapled paper.

i really appreciated how easy it was to reach from the m5. it was great having everything in one place like the rooms, breakfast service, and pool. this meant my eldest could share with her grandmother, a lovely touch.
the staff seemed unsure how to check us in , they seemed new and a bit muddled.

the reception area was nicely decorated. the restaurant was inviting. the room was clean. the bathroom felt modern with a decent shower area.
i found that a staff member seemed new. they seemed unsure of how to check us in. the window in our room had foam filler around it. it was draughty and i could hear traffic.
