i really appreciated how easy it was to reach from the m5. it was great having everything in one place like the rooms, breakfast service, and pool. this meant my eldest could share with her grandmother, a lovely touch.

the staff seemed unsure how to check us in , they seemed new and a bit muddled.

the reception area was nicely decorated. the restaurant was inviting. the room was clean. the bathroom felt modern with a decent shower area.

i found that a staff member seemed new. they seemed unsure of how to check us in. the window in our room had foam filler around it. it was draughty and i could hear traffic.
